How do I ask for a useful travel quotation?
Share the destination, dates, departure city, party size and the services you need. Ask for the exact inclusions, exclusions, currency, payment terms and cancellation conditions in writing.
Where can I check destination requirements?
Use the official authority for each destination and transit point. The source directories on the relevant service pages identify their country or airline scope. A checked link date does not mean every rule was reviewed on that date.
Can a displayed package or fare change?
Confirm current availability and written terms with the office before booking. The Hajj guide explicitly identifies the date of its package information; it is not a live availability system.
Does contacting AIT guarantee a visa or booking?
No. A contact request starts a discussion. Visa decisions belong to the relevant authority, and a booking needs confirmation under its agreed terms.
